Too much powder or not enough water is coming out.
The numbers on the AIRFLOW device are fading.

Check the actual pH of the wipes you are using. Some say “neutral” but are actually quite Alkaline. You will find it on the MSDS that came with the wipes.

No mater what you use, you should always dry it off. Moisture sitting around on plastics aren’t good for the device. Check the wipe cloth for abrasive fibres too.

Once a week you should use a damp soft cloth with the tiniest bit of mild dish washing liquid to remove the residue build up that all wipes leave on the machine over a period of time.

Recommended wipes: IC-100

Make sure you are using genuine EMS handpieces. Remove the metal cap and look at the threads to make sure they look okay. If they are worn, contact an EMS Service Centre >>

Make sure the connection and handpiece are dry. Check the metal parts of the connection. If it is dark instead of gold, it means the connection is oxidated. When the handpiece or the connections are wet when used, the liquid will cause metal oxidation and loss of handpiece power.

To avoid the problem in future, make sure the handpiece and the connection are dry before use.
