LUCKY DIP COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The promoter is: EMS Oceania Pty Ltd (ABN 91 629 590 138) whose registered address is The Woolstores, Suite 3, Shed 73, 4E Huntley Street, Alexandria NSW 2015.
2. Employees of EMS Oceania Pty Ltd, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition. The competition may only be entered by attending ADX Sydney 2026 at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney from 26 March 2026 to 28 March 2026 during exhibition opening hours and entering as detailed in section 4.
4. How to Enter: Entrants must physically visit the EMS Stand (Booth 190) at ADX Sydney 2026, scan the QR code displayed at the EMS Merchandise Bar, and complete the EMS registration form. Once the registration form has been submitted and verified by EMS staff, the entrant will be permitted to participate in the EMS Lucky Dip by selecting one token from the bowl.
5. Competition Entry Limit: Competition entries are limited to one entry per person for the entire competition period. Entrants who have already participated may not enter again on subsequent days. EMS staff reserve the right to verify entrant details and refuse additional entries if an entrant has already participated.
6. Competition Mechanism: The EMS Lucky Dip is a game of chance. Participants will select one token from the bowl. The token will determine whether the entrant has won a prize. Tokens marked with a light pink sticker indicate a prize as outlined in section 7. Tokens marked with a dark pink sticker indicate a consolation prize.
7. Prizes: A total of 600 tokens will be prepared for the competition, with 200 tokens available each day of ADX 2026. Each day will contain the following token distribution: 114 winning tokens and 86 non-winning tokens per day.

A Consolation Prize consists of either an EMS Drink Bottle or EMS Lip Gloss, awarded at EMS discretion while stocks last.
8. Prize Collection: Winners of GBT Backpacks, Travel Bags, Hats, and Consolation Prizes must collect their prize immediately from EMS staff at Booth 190 on the day of participation. Winners of the Nespresso Coffee Machine and SDA In-Practice CPD Course will have their details recorded by EMS staff and will be contacted after ADX 2026 to arrange delivery or redemption of their prize.
9. The SDA In-Practice CPD Course prize is redeemable within 12 months from the date of issue, subject to availability and scheduling with the SDA.
10. The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by EMS. Any and all prize-related expenses and any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution of prize or transfer of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winners is permitted.
11. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for EMS to use the winners’ name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical or operational issues that may prevent the registration QR code or entry form from being available at the EMS stand during ADX Sydney 2026.
13. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the EMS ADX 2026 Lucky Dip competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to catastrophe, war, civil disturbance, act of God, or any breach of applicable law or regulation.
14. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the competition.
15. Prizes not claimed as directed will be forfeited. No compensation will be payable if an entrant is unable to claim a prize for any reason. EMS’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Receipt by the winners of the prizes offered in this competition is conditional upon compliance with any and all applicable Australian federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
17. By entering the EMS ADX 2026 Lucky Dip competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these conditions of entry.
18. The competition and these conditions of entry will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
19. The winners agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material.
20. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Entrants will have the ability to unsubscribe from EMS communications at any time.
