Adrian Montalto is an Oral Health Therapist currently working with adult and paediatric patients in public dental services. He graduated from the Bachelor of Oral Health Program at the University of Sydney in 2011. Adrian has since worked in a variety of clinical settings including the public and private sectors, volunteer dental work, and as an Oral Health Programs Officer.

Firdaus Rosli (Louis) is an Oral Health Therapist originally from Singapore where he graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic. He later moved to Australia & graduated with a Bachelor in Oral Health (Usyd) to further deepen his knowledge and skills. Since then, he has been working as a clinician at a private clinic at Neutral Bay and an educator with the University of Sydney. With over a decade of experience in the dental industry, Firdaus is committed to ongoing education and professional development to keep his skills and dental knowledge up to date.

Toni Zacharia graduated as an Oral Health Therapist from LaTrobe University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in oral health science. For the past 9 years Toni has been working in general practice focusing on patients undergoing periodontal treatment and maintenance. She was introduced to the AIRFLOW® Prophylaxis Master and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT®) in 2021 which proved a game changer for her. This led to her passion for the treatment and management of periodontal disease. As a result, she joined a specialist periodontal practice in 2023.

Sarah Laing is a Dental Hygienist and Clinical Educator, who practices with Dr Sara Byrne, Periodontist. She is currently a Lecturer in Oral Health (Periodontics and Health Policy) and first year coordinator at the University of Melbourne. Sarah has worked within the Dental industry since 1996. She spent the first ten years of her career building clinical skills and establishing the Oral Health Therapy program of D-Spa Group, and later, managing it. She has experienced five years of practice ownership, which gave her unique insight and led to interest in Health Industry Management, holding a Postgraduate Certificate (2016) from Curtin University.

Eloise Bensch is a highly respected Dental Hygienist with extensive experience in serving her community. Her unwavering commitment to helping patients with periodontal and implant diseases is evident in the exceptional level of care she provides. Eloise graduated in South Africa in 2002 and began her career in New Zealand. Her expertise in maintaining and treating periodontal and implant diseases is unparalleled, and her patients trust her implicitly to provide them with the best possible care.

Sarah Cash swapped England for Australia, and now works as a Dental Hygienist in multiple locations on the Gold Coast in Queensland. She graduated in 2012 with Diplomas in Dental Hygiene and Therapy and was awarded the clinical hygiene award for her graduating cohort. She has a keen interest in periodontics and implants and is confident in treating complex cases and strives to achieve optimal results, whilst working alongside the dentist.

Jennine Bywaters graduated in 1987 from Curtin University with an Associate Diploma in Dental Therapy. She has attained the Cert. Health Education, a BSc in Health Promotion and post a Grad Dip in Occupational Health and Safety. She has been a clinical demonstrator for student dental hygienists at Curtin University and participates in the clinical placement programme.
