Honest and accurate post-training feedback is vital to gain further insight into your GBT level of knowledge and helps us evaluate the overall effectiveness of your GBT training sessions.  

Your feedback helps us to identify where you currently stand in your GBT training journey, highlights what you struggle with and how much you feel you’ve learned. 

 The following questions are to be completed after your 1:1 training session with your local GBT Clinical Product Specialist.  

On completion of the first survey, you will receive a GBT drink bottle (approx. value $39.99).  

> You have no understanding of GBT and/or the corresponding products
> You are not familiar with the AIRFLOW Prophylaxis Master/AIRFLOW One Instructions for Use
> You are not familiar with the AIRFLOW Dental Spa website
> You are unable to troubleshoot EMS devices
> You are unable to have a business discussion regarding GBT
> You do not know how to qualify a GBT demonstration

> You have a basic understanding of AIRFLOW technology
> You have a limited understanding of GBT and/or the corresponding products
> You are not familiar with the AIRFLOW Prophylaxis Master/AIRFLOW One Instructions for Use
> You are not familiar with the AIRFLOW Dental Spa website
> You are unable to troubleshoot EMS devices
> You are unable to have a business discussion regarding GBT
> You do not know how to qualify a GBT demonstration

> You have a competent understanding of AIRFLOW technology
> You understand the benefits of Guided Biofilm Therapy and the corresponding products
> You have read the AIRFLOW Prophylaxis Master/AIRFLOW One Instructions for Use
> You have some knowledge of the AIRFLOW Dental Spa website
> You refer all troubleshooting issues to your local GBT Clinical Product Specialist
> You are able to start a business discussion regarding GBT but are unable to discuss ROI/profitability of GBT
> You know how to qualify a GBT demonstration

> You have a competent understanding of AIRFLOW technology
> You understand the benefits of Guided Biofilm Therapy and the corresponding products
> You have read the AIRFLOW Prophylaxis Master/AIRFLOW One Instructions for Use
> You refer customers to the AIRFLOW Dental Spa website & register them on the patient directory
> You attempt troubleshooting issues yourself before contacting your GBT Clinical Product Specialist
> You are able to have in-depth business discussions regarding GBT and discuss ROI/profitability of GBT
> You are confident in prospecting for new GBT business
> You know how to qualify a GBT demonstration

> You have a superior understanding of AIRFLOW technology
> You have an excellent understanding of the features and the benefits of Guided Biofilm Therapy and the corresponding products
> You refer customers to the AIRFLOW Dental Spa website & register them on the patient directory
> You troubleshoot all EMS product issues and refer those you were unable to solve to Handpiece Hotline and follow up accordingly
> You are able to have in-depth business discussions regarding GBT and discuss ROI/profitability of GBT
> You are confident in prospecting for new GBT business and upsell/cross-sell to existing business
> You know how to qualify a GBT demonstration
> You are confident in taking the lead to perform the training component of the GBT demonstration (when performing GBT on a patient or staff member)

> You have a superior understanding of AIRFLOW technology
> You have an excellent understanding of the features and the benefits of Guided Biofilm Therapy and the corresponding products
> You refer customers to the AIRFLOW Dental Spa website & register them on the patient directory
> You troubleshoot all EMS product issues and refer those you were unable to solve to Handpiece Hotline and follow up accordingly
> You are able to have in-depth business discussions regarding GBT and discuss ROI/profitability of GBT
> You are confident in prospecting for new GBT business and upsell/cross-sell to existing business
> You know how to qualify a GBT demonstration
> You are confident to perform a demonstration (presentation and the training component on a staff member or patient) and handover by yourself unassisted
