1. After every patient treatment, rinse the handpiece's lumen(s) line with cold tap water.
  2. Wipe the handpiece of any coarse soiling.
  3. Place the CombiTorque® on the PIEZON® instrument and unscrew it counterclockwise.
  4. Remove the CombiTorque® from the PIEZON® instrument.
  5. Follow the Reprocessing Instructions to clean the instrument.
  6. Remove the nose cap and separate the light guide and O-ring.
  7. Follow the Reprocessing Instructions to clean the parts.
  8. Re-install the original instrument with the CombiTorque®.
  9. Package the cleaned and disinfected instrument and disassembled handpiece separately in a single or double pouch.
  10. Sterilise immediately.
