1. Check the water is set between 70% and 100%. If not, increase the water level on the black dial and try using the device again. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.
  2. Check that the water line is free. First, remove the handpiece. Then, turn the powder down to 0 (zero) and the water up to 10 (ten). Observe the water flow from the cord.
  3. Is the water jet a constant strong stream?
    • If yes, check the powder chamber. Make sure you are using the right powder in the powder chamber and each chamber has its own correct cap on (red for PLUS, white for CLASSIC). Also, make sure the cap has the red O-ring secured in the central hole.
    • If no, is the water dripping weakly from the cord? This means the water line is clogged. Contact an EMS Service Centre for further assistance.
