Dr Meredith Owen graduated with honours from the University of Sydney and was awarded the Henry Bruce Maxwell prize for restorative dentistry, an academic merit scholarship, and an alumni achievement honour for leadership and community engagement. She also obtained her Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Periodontics from the University of Sydney, and upon completion was awarded membership into the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.
