Making Rural Health Matter

Dr Minh-Thu Cao Xuan

Communities in rural, regional and remote (RRR) Australia experience poor oral health at significantly higher rates than people living in major cities.

Dr Minh-Thu will discuss her experience as a dental officer with the Royal Flying Doctor Service and her time volunteering in the mountains of Nepal. Learn more about the distribution of the dental health workforce across Australia & its effect on rural oral health statistics. She will also give her advise on how to combat limitations in RRR moving into the future.

This is an important topic for all oral health care professionals. Watch & find out how you can support RRR Australia!
